ReplyDeleteI completely concur with you. Yes, these companies are within the scope of the current laws... but, the law seems less than written to protect consumers and more toward allowing the old car salesman's 'bait-n-switch' tactic as a sales tool.
It's time to clean up the auction industry for the benefit of all. Get rid of the confusion and on with the selling :-)
